The Harris County Area Agency on Aging (HCAAA) is part of a nationwide network of agencies coordinating supportive services for adults 60 years and older, as well as their caregivers. HCAAA provides the following services:

- Dental, Vision, and Hearing (Interest List)
- Caregiver Support and Coordination

- Evidence-Based Classes
- Residential Repair (Health and Safety only)
- Nutrition Program
- Home-Delivered Meals (Requires and Assessment)
- Congregate Meals

Meals on Wheels Montgomery County
Meals on Wheels Montgomery County cares for seniors 60 years of age and up by providing them with nutritious meals, transportation, and a safety check. Meals are provided for more independent seniors through congregate dining at senior centers in The Woodlands, Conroe, Magnolia, and New Caney. There are also programs in place to provide more than just a meal for seniors.

Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels
Fort Bend Seniors Meals on Wheels provides a hot lunch 4 days a week and 3 frozen meals in a box for the other 3 days. There are also Senior Centers in Fort Bend and Waller Counties for Seniors 60 years of age and up.
